About this tour

This seven-day tour links Nepal's three most visited areas in an order that actually makes sense. You'll start with two days in the Kathmandu Valley, drive to Pokhara for the lake and an early-morning mountain viewpoint, then come down to Chitwan for two nights of safari before heading back to Kathmandu.

Hotels, a private car for every transfer, a city guide in Kathmandu and the full Chitwan safari program are all included.

And it's flexible: you can add days anywhere, and we can reverse the order to suit your flights.

Questions about this tour

Can we change the order or add days?
Yes. We can reverse the route to suit your flights, and you can add days anywhere, perhaps an extra night in Pokhara or another day on safari. Send us your arrival and departure dates and we'll adjust the program.
What's included in the price?
Six nights in comfortable 3-star or similar hotels with breakfast (and all meals in Chitwan), a private car for every transfer, airport pickup, a city guide for the Kathmandu Valley day, and Chitwan park fees, nature guide and activities. International flights, your visa and travel insurance aren't included.
Can we fly back to Kathmandu from Chitwan?
Yes. On day 7 the car can drop you at Bharatpur airport for the short flight instead of driving back. The flight ticket isn't included in the tour price, and winter fog can delay flights, so leave some slack before an international departure.
What do we see in Kathmandu?
A guided day in the valley with a city guide: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath. Day 1 is just your airport pickup and check-in, so you can rest after the flight.
What about Pokhara?
You get an evening by Phewa Lake on day 3, then sunrise at Sarangkot, a boat on the lake and the World Peace Pagoda on day 4. Mountain views at sunrise depend on the weather, so cross your fingers for a clear morning.
