Chitwan Canoe Ride and Jungle Walk

A half-day walk with guides who know where the rhinos graze and wallow, ending with a canoe glide back down the river.
The one-horned rhino is Chitwan's best-known resident, and seeing one from the ground is very different from seeing one from a jeep. On this tour you walk with two guides through grassland edges and riverine forest to the wallows and feeding areas the rhinos use.
Your guides keep the group at a safe distance and decide every move. When you have spent your time with the rhinos, a dugout canoe takes you back down the Rapti past basking crocodiles.
